Description

Aggregate of cubic crystals of Pyrite with polycrystalline growths on their faces. They are very bright and have curved faces and edges and skeletal forms on the back side that reveal holes left by former crystals, probably Barite. Bou Nahas, Oumjrane area, Alnif, Errachidia Morocco (12/2011-01/2012) Specimen size: 8.3 × 7 × 4.5 cm = 3.3” × 2.8” × 1.8” Main crystal size: 1.2 × 1 cm = 0.5” × 0.4”
